From granule to finished pot
150 people work at our 1.96-hectare plant in Andijan. Up to 1,500 tonnes of polymer granules a year go this way to become finished products.
1Raw material
Polymer granules are selected and the colour is added.
2Melting
The granules melt evenly inside the machine.
3Moulding
The melt fills the mould under pressure.
4Cooling
The item cools in the mould and takes its exact shape.
5Inspection & packing
Every batch is checked and packed in bags of 1 to 300 pieces, depending on the item’s size.
